    High hygroscopicity, complete moisture absorption

    The headlight desiccant is a predatory chemical hygroscopic agent. As long as there is moisture in the air, it can be preyed upon. With an appropriate amount, the moisture in a specific space can be completely absorbed. At the same time, the rapid moisture absorption speed can quickly reduce the humidity of the space environment to the ideal humidity, creating a suitable dry environment.

    High moisture absorption rate and significant moisture absorption effect

    Magnesium chloride desiccant has stable performance and strong hygroscopicity. As the humidity increases, the adsorption capacity becomes stronger, and at the same humidity, the hygroscopicity is stronger than ordinary desiccants. And in an environment with temperature = 40°C and RH = 90%, the moisture absorption rate is as high as 220%.

    Curing reaction, moisture absorption is irreversible

    The moisture absorption of car lamp desiccant is irreversible. It locks part of the absorbed moisture in the form of crystal water through predatory chemical moisture absorption, and the other part participates in the curing reaction and is converted into solid matter. Once the moisture is absorbed, it will not be released into the environment, and a stable dry environment will be maintained for a long time.

    Instructions for use of car lamp desiccant, for reference only

     

    Keep the surface of the item dry and clean, without residual debris, stains or other dirt.

    Some headlight back covers have a special place for desiccant, which can be placed directly. (If not, you need to open the back cover of the headlight and put the product in).

    Under normal circumstances, it will be damp in about 6 months. When the desiccant is completely solidified and agglomerated, please replace it in time.

    Tips: The usage is 100-200g/m³. The specific time is related to the sealing of the car headlights and the environment in various places. The usage can be increased or decreased according to the actual packaging environment.

    Notes In Storage And Use Of Desiccant

    1Storage: the desiccant must be sealed and stored in a cool, dry and chemical-free warehouse, isolated from the outside air, so that the next use will not be affected.

    2Transport: desiccant should be handled carefully in the process of transportation to avoid abrasion of internal and external packaging, at the same time to prevent contact with acid and alkali substances, to avoid sunlight and rain and snow, fire prevention, moisture-proof.

    3Use:

    ①The desiccant needs to be used in a dry environment.

    ②Check whether the sealing of the packaging container is good before use, and the vacuum packaging products need to check whether the vacuum bag packaging container is damaged. If there are instructions for silica gel products, indicate whether the silica gel is discolored before use. Ensure that only under the above conditions can you use it.

    ③Desiccant should be used as soon as possible after opening the packaging container. According to the actual factory usage, unused desiccant should be sealed and stored in time.

    ④When using the desiccant, the desiccant bag should not be squeezed and rubbed, and the desiccant bag should not be thrown at will, so as to avoid damage and leakage of the desiccant bag.
