usage method

Usage of self-absorbent Ice Pack

The self-absorbent Ice Pack is easy to use. Simply soak the ice bag in water for 3-5 minutes to allow it to fully expand.

Take it out and dry the surface moisture, then put it in the refrigerator or freezer to fully cool.

After freezing for at least 6 hours, confirm that the ice bag is completely in a solid state before use.
