    NO.2 Matters needing attention:

    1. Before leaving the factory, all devices and mechanisms of this machine have been strictly debugged and proofread. Please do not debug or change any part at will. If there is still any unclear point after fully reading this manual, please contact our company.

    2. If some parts of the machine are improved, the contents of this manual will sometimes be different, please understand.

    3. This manual only briefly describes the content of the maintenance part. If there is a machine failure that cannot be eliminated by yourself, please contact our company in time.

    Operation method and matters needing attention

    A. Preparations before starting the machine

    1. Install accessories such as barrels

    2. Check whether any parts such as screws are loose and fall off due to the logistics and transportation process

    B. Preparations before running

    3. Turn on the power supply, the external power supply is AC220V, 2kw capacity, if there is no power supply voltage of this level, you need to adapt the voltage level transformer, and the capacity should be between 3000VA.

    4. Close the main leakage switch in the electric control box and turn on the power switch.

    5. Click the start/stop switch to start the packaging machine idling, and check whether the packaging machine has abnormal noise and other faults.

    6. Set the temperature of the vertical and horizontal sealing temperature control instrument (set the temperature according to the melting point of the material).

    7. Install the wrapping film (see the section on film threading).

    8. Check whether the touch screen loading, unloading, and cutter switches are turned on. Before testing the film, turn off these functions and run the test film empty; after the film test is completed, open the cutter button on the screen, and debug the cutter.

    9. Pour the material to be produced in the barrel, turn on the blanking button on the screen, and adjust the blanking time.

    10. If the packaging film needs to follow the mark, open the follow-up button on the screen, the cursor point is aligned with the small mark on the packaging film, the small red light on the cursor when the cursor shines on the mark on the film is off, and it is always on when it is not illuminated, which is normal, otherwise Need to debug the rotary switch on the photoelectric for debugging. Click the length measurement key on the screen, if the tracking is normal, if it is faulty, adjust the cursor.

    11. The above preparations are fully completed before mass production of finished products can be carried out.

    C. Stop sequence: first turn off the unloading key on the touch screen, click the start/stop/button key on the touch screen or control panel, turn off the main power supply for cleaning, cleaning, and refueling.

    D. Precautions

    1. When the machine is working, pay attention to whether the sound of the machine is coordinated. If there is any abnormal sound, it should be stopped in time for inspection.

    2. Copper brushes are often used to clean the surfaces of vertical and horizontal sealing molds to prevent materials from sticking to the surface, resulting in poor heat sealing and poor sealing, which will affect the appearance of the product.

    3. Check whether the parts of the forbidden firmware of the machine are loose or disconnected.

    4. All transmission gears and chains should be filled with oil frequently. Remember to pay attention that oil, water, and other liquids must not enter each motor part.

    5. During the operation of the packaging machine, keep your hands and other objects away from the running part to avoid personal injury or damage to the machine.

    Rotate the power switch to realize the power-on, start/stop functions of the equipment to realize the work and stop of the whole machine. When encountering an emergency, take a photo of the emergency stop switch and the equipment will stop working; when it is necessary to continue production, the emergency stop switch needs to be unlocked before production.

    Click start/stop function to realize the whole machine work and stop

    Display and set the temperature value of the horizontal and vertical sealing of the equipment; press and hold the SET key, when the SV value display flashes, move the ^ V key up and down to set the temperature point of the packaging film, and then press and hold SET to confirm after the setting is completed; when the PV value rises to When the temperature value is the same as the SV temperature value and the value does not fluctuate continuously, the production can be started.     For materials that are difficult to cut or easy to be layered, add a stirring function in the bucket to make the materials evenly cut, click this function to open

    Turn on the quantitative production function and start the quantitative shutdown function at the same time, and set the quantitative production quantity to 10 and then stop, the quantity reaches the equipment shutdown, and the quantity is adjustable;

    The equipment needs to be equipped with a lack of film/material shortage detection device; to detect whether the equipment has no material or no film, click to open this function. Stop, the stop time of 3 seconds after the packaging film is finished can be adjusted arbitrarily

    The equipment needs to be equipped with a temperature detection module. Click to enable this function, when the temperature exceeds or is lower than the internal set temperature value, the device will issue a shutdown or alarm prompt

    5.Jog interface

     

    When debugging the equipment, or if the equipment is abnormal, you need to jog to observe the operation and use this interface. Press it once to work an action. If you press and hold the function key continuously, you can achieve continuous work without pause.

    6.Parameter interface

     

    Adjust the synchronous position of the cutter of the whole machine, this function can be fine-tuned, enter the value in the white box

    Adjust the synchronous speed of the whole machine, you can fine-tune this function, enter the value in the white box

    Adjust the blanking synchronization speed of the whole machine, this function can be fine-tuned, enter the value in the white box

    When there is a difference between the set bag length and the finished bag length during packaging, fine-tune by entering the value in the white box

    When equipped with the blanking and stirring function, when the blanking and sealing time are not synchronously delayed or advanced during packaging, fine-tune by entering the value in the white box

    This function can adjust the sealing time of the horizontal and vertical sealing molds. When the packaging material and speed change, you can fine-tune by entering the value in the white box. Horizontal seal detection This function detects whether there is any material in the horizontal seal through the induction time.

     

    五、Basic handling of faults displayed on the touch screen

    1.

    Electric eye failure

    Check whether the packaging film is not at the cursor position, check whether the packaging film is not moving smoothly, has jitter, etc., debug the sensitivity switch on the photoelectric, and check whether the photoelectric switch is damaged

    2.

    Horizontal seal position signal failure

    Check whether the proximity switch at the motor is on; if it is not on, press the emergency stop button first, and then open the horizontal seal motor with hands or tools, and the red light will be on. Check whether the proximity switch is damaged, check whether it is due to foreign objects or mechanical jamming, drive failure, motor failure, and loose screws at the shaft induction part; confirm whether the air source is not connected, and whether the solenoid valve is leaking.

    Or check whether the proximity switch at the connection with the shaft is on. If it is not on, press the emergency stop button first, and then break the tray motor to the shaft with a hand or a tool and align the screw to the proximity switch. Check whether the proximity switch is damaged, and whether it is caused by foreign objects or Mechanical stuck, drive failure, motor failure, loose screws at the shaft induction part

    If the vertical sealing temperature is abnormal or the transverse sealing temperature is abnormal, first check whether the thermocouple is broken, whether the heating rod is burned, whether the temperature control table is broken, and replace the corresponding accessories

    NO.7 Basic faults and solutions

    1. No power at boot
