The special desiccant for musical instruments uses magnesium chloride as raw material, which has stable chemical properties, balanced absorption performance, high moisture absorption rate, up to 250%, and becomes solid after moisture absorption and no liquid water seeps out of the surface.
Product features: strong moisture absorption rate, no leakage, no liquefaction, high temperature resistance
Product application: widely used in piano, guitar, ukulele, violin, cello, pipa and other musical instruments
Product Demand
Are there any dangers of moisture affecting musical instruments?
Environmental humidity will have different degrees of impact on guitars. If the humidity is too high, the guitar will be prone to mold on the fingerboard, rust on the strings, deformation of the leather pads, and moisture on the panel.

Product Introduction
The musical instrument desiccant is made of magnesium chloride, which has stable chemical properties, balanced absorption performance, high moisture absorption rate, up to 250%, and becomes solid after moisture absorption and no liquid water seeps out of the surface.
Product Features
①Selected materials with high moisture absorption rate
The special desiccant for musical instruments absorbs moisture quickly, with a moisture absorption rate of up to 250%. The rapid moisture absorption rate can quickly reduce the humidity of the space environment to within the ideal humidity, creating a suitable dry environment.
②Curing reaction: moisture absorption is irreversible
It is in powder form before moisture absorption, and gradually solidifies into blocks after moisture absorption. It has no fluidity, and even if it is squeezed and deformed by external force, it will not leak liquid, making it easy to identify whether it is effective.
③High temperature resistance, no penetration
The special desiccant for musical instruments can withstand high-temperature working environments. It uses high-temperature-resistant anti-permeability paper as the packaging material. It can withstand 180° high temperature for 1 hour without breaking the bag. It is waterproof, breathable, strong, tear-resistant and other properties. It can firmly lock in water and not penetration.
④Sealed packaging, easy to use
This product is packaged in an exquisite box, with 12 bags in a box, and each package of desiccant is sealed independently, which can be used after tearing it open, and it is also very convenient to carry out.
Instructions for use
Take out an appropriate amount of desiccant from the box;
Tear off the PE transparent packaging bag of the desiccant;
Put the desiccant and the instrument in a sealed storage bag for storage;
It is recommended to use 1 to 2 packs of desiccant at a time, and keep it in a sealed storage bag with the instrument for 24 hours. The moisture inside and outside the instrument will be absorbed, and the desiccant can continue to be used until the desiccant is completely solidified and no particles or powder are left, then it can be discarded.
Precautions
Notes In Storage And Use Of Desiccant
1、Storage: the desiccant must be sealed and stored in a cool, dry and chemical-free warehouse, isolated from the outside air, so that the next use will not be affected.
2、Transport: desiccant should be handled carefully in the process of transportation to avoid abrasion of internal and external packaging, at the same time to prevent contact with acid and alkali substances, to avoid sunlight and rain and snow, fire prevention, moisture-proof.
3、Use:
①The desiccant needs to be used in a dry environment.
②Check whether the sealing of the packaging container is good before use, and the vacuum packaging products need to check whether the vacuum bag packaging container is damaged. If there are instructions for silica gel products, indicate whether the silica gel is discolored before use. Ensure that only under the above conditions can you use it.
③Desiccant should be used as soon as possible after opening the packaging container. According to the actual factory usage, unused desiccant should be sealed and stored in time.
④When using the desiccant, the desiccant bag should not be squeezed and rubbed, and the desiccant bag should not be thrown at will, so as to avoid damage and leakage of the desiccant bag.
